Gotham City concept

I made this ask back in October when a friend needed help with a project that I ultimately never ended up working on. So I shifted this and made it part of Batober (Batman version of Inktober). The prompt was "AIR", hence the dialogue box from Batman Court of Owls, one of my favorite books.
